1.5 lbs flank steak
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1.5 tsp ginger
2 T. vinegar
2 T. chopped green onions
2 cloves minced garlic
Mix marinade. Pour over meat. Let stand 4 hrs up to 3-4 days. Darker the better. Grill or broil until desired doneness. Slice diagonal.
