1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 T sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 c vanilla yogurt
1/4 c water
1 T oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine together. Use about 1/4 c. per pancake on medium high heat. Cook 1-2 minutes or until bubbles form, then flip. Cook until golden brown.
